Car Parking : Onsite undercover parking for one vehicle per booking.

Getting There: Fly to Whitsunday Coast at Proserpine (PPP):

Jetstar and Virgin Australia fly direct from Brisbane to Whitsunday Coast Airport.

Jetstar fly direct from Sydney to Whitsunday Coast Airport.

Jetstar fly direct from Melbourne to Whitsunday Coast Airport.

You will require airport transfers from the airport to Airlie Apartments in Airlie Beach. All transfers are on a share basis as it is a small airport.

The fares are $22.00 per adult one way, $36.00 return.

Fly to Hamilton Island Airport: Ferry transfers are via Cruise Whitsundays to the 'Port of AIrlie' terminal in Airlie Beach.

A taxi from Port of Airlie is approximately $12 to Airlie Apartments. Taxi number is 132227.

Terms & Conditions

Booking Policy

A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. We require a credit card as security on the apartment or if you do not have a valid credit card, a $350.00 cash deposit per person with a minimum deposit of $1,000.00. Cash deposits are refunded on check out once the apartment has been checked. Persons making the booking and staying in the apartment must be 18 years old or over. No schoolies bookings allowed during 'Schoolies Week' unless authorised by management.

Deposit Policy

No deposit required at time of booking. Full payment due on check in. If you wish to pay off your accommodation, please call management to make arrangements.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations outside 3 days from arrival will not incur a penalty.
Cancellations within 3 days from arrival will be charged the first night's accommodation as a penalty.
Cancellations for the period 25th December - 4th January will be required to give one months notice in writing. We will contact you for full payment prior to the end of November to confirm your reservation for 25Dec-4Jan.
Cancellations under one month for 25December - 4th January (each year) will forfeit payments and no refund will be issued, if we cannot resell the apartment for the full amount.

No Show Policy

NO SHOWS will incur the full amount of accommodation booked unless we can resell some of the nights.
NO SHOWS for the period 25th December - 4th January each year will be charged the full amount of the booking.

Child Policy

A child aged 2 years and under is free when sharing existing bedding with parents. Maximum 1 child (2 yrs and under) to share with parents.

Check-in Policy

Check-in starts after 2 PM. If the apartment is ready earlier, we are happy to allow early check-ins.

Other Policy

The booking is only for the number of people stated, quoted and paid for on check in. If we view/check that there are more than the total number of people booked for, there will be a charge of $50.00 per person per night for any extra people not booked to stay as per the original agreement.
